Great Canadian Casino Express provides round trip, motor coach transportation to Fallsview Casino, Casino Niagara, Caesars Windsor, Casino Rama - and select American properties.

 

RESERVATIONS:

Booking online or through our office now requires full payment to be made at time of booking to secure a place on a tour. This payment is non-refundable.

 

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL TRIPS.

If the tour is going to the United States, please ensure that the spelling of all names is correct and correspond to the names listed on your passport/government documentation. It is the responsibility of you/passenger to review the invoice and ensure that all names are correct. We accept payment by MasterCard and VISA, cheque, E-transfer or if in person, by INTERAC.

SEATING PLANS:

Due to COVID restrictions, seats on the coach are now assigned at time of booking, this is the seat you will remain in for the entire trip. Great Canadian reserves the right to make changes to assigned seating to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.

 

COVID 19 HEALTH PROTOCOLS: We strongly recommend the use of face masks while onboard the coach. Locations visited on our tours may have their own COVID 19 protocols in place, and passengers agree to comply with their conditions in order to participate.

 

You will not be permitted to board the coach if you have been advised that you should be isolating.

 

If boarding is denied due to the above health screening, standard cancellation penalties apply. We encourage the purchase of Protection Plus, available on all 2022 and 2023 tours, which will protect the cost of the tour up until the time of boarding, and includes any health or COVID 19-related cancellations.

 

While we are taking all precautions to ensure safety, there is an inherent risk to being exposed to COVID 19 whenever we are in settings with other people. By travelling, you are accepting this risk and understand that Great Canadian Holidays and Coaches cannot be responsible for any COVID 19 exposure that you may encounter during your tour, whether onboard the motorcoach or at any of the venues or locations visited.  Great Canadian Holidays is not responsible for any additional costs to you if your trip is interrupted because of COVID.

 

PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PASSENGERS:

Are more than welcome to travel with us, however you MUST have a capable travelling companion to assist you at all times and the office must be notified of any disabilities when reservations are made. Some tours may present difficulties for the physically challenged. It is the responsibility of users of walkers or wheelchairs to have with them an able-bodied assistant to stow the unit on the motor coaches. At this time, our drivers and tours directors are not able to offer assistance to passengers with getting on or off the coach.

 

AGE RESTRICTION: You must be 19 years of age or older to travel to a Canadian Casino and 21 years of age to travel to an American casino. Passengers travelling to Casino Rama between the ages of 19 and 21 must have a secondary piece of Name Identification such as a Credit Card, Health Card or Debit Card.

 

REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION:

 

USA CASINO IDENTIFICATION

A passport is required to enter the United States. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for individuals denied entry into Canada or international destinations by border officials and are not responsible for providing transportation back home.

 

CANADIAN CASINO IDENTIFICATION

For Canadian Casinos, you must present valid Government Issued Photo Identification to board the coach (expired identification is not accepted). Failure to have the proper identification will result in not being permitted to board the coach. In addition to the photo identification, you need to also show proof of full vaccination for entrance to Canadian Casinos.

 

For all casino trips, you must have or obtain a player's card for the casino you are attending. You can obtain a player's card with a valid government photo identification. A valid casino player's card must be used while at the casino to remain eligible for casino rebates. Casino incentives/rebates can only be redeemed with a valid players card.

 

Due to allergies (some severe) we ask that our passengers refrain from wearing perfumes & colognes when travelling with Great Canadian Casino Express.

 

All prices, schedule and casino rebates are subject to change. Great Canadian Casino Express has the right to refuse service for those that do not comply with our Terms & Conditions.
