Great Canadian Casino Express provides round trip, motor coach transportation to Fallsview Casino, Casino Niagara, Caesars Windsor, Casino Rama - and select American properties ... our service is provided for those that wish to travel to one of the mentioned casinos ONLY. We do not take passengers for the purpose of sightseeing or tourist attractions. Seating on all trips is on a first come first serve basis. For passengers travelling that require the use of a wheelchair or are vision impaired, we will make every attempt to accomodate your seating requirements. Wheelchairs can be stowed under the coach and the height allowance is 3 1/2 ft. These customers will need to able to board the coach of their own accord or with a companion. A wheelchair accessible coach is available to Your Casino Express - please contact our office for information. As a courtesy to all passengers, we do not allow passengers to save seats for other passengers.
Absolutely no luggage, backpacks, overnight bags (this includes laptop computers & cameras) etc. permitted on the coach (no exceptions).
You must be 19 years of age or older to travel to a Canadian Casino and 21 years of age to travel to an American casino.
For Canadian destinations, you must present valid Government Issued Photo Identification to board the coach (expired identification is not accepted). Failure to have the proper identification will result in not being permitted to board the coach. For American destinations, a valid Canadian passport is required.
For all casino trips, you must have or obtain a player's card for the casino you are attending. In order to obtain a player's card you must present a piece of valid government photo identification. A valid casino player's card must be used while at the casino to remain eligible for casino rebates. Casino incentives/rebates can only be redeemed with a valid players card AND valid government issued photo identification. The offered rebate will not be available to you if you have received a complimentary show ticket.
Customers that wish to book for more than 10 passengers on a trip will be required to pre-pay by credit card at the time of booking. This is non-refundable so please be sure you have received payment from all parties before processing your booking. We require all passenger information from your group (full name, address and home phone number). If your group cancels your trip, these seats are not transferable to other trips. We will refund a pre-paid trip only if Great Canadian Casino Express has cancelled the trip you are booked on. We will only book a maximum of 20 passengers in a group. Due to overwhelming demand we have limited the number of group seats to 20 maximum, the remainder will be for single groupings. Should you have a group larger than this, please talk to us about setting up a custom itinerary for your group.
Reservations for American Casino Day Tours: All trips to American casinos with Great Canadian Casino Express are required to be pre-paid. These will need to be paid at the time of booking and are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless we have cancelled the trip. We are required to send a passenger manifest to the border crossing in advance of your trip, therefore it is necessary to have your full name (as it appears on your passport), complete address, phone number, date of birth, passport number & expiry date, country of birth and players card number (if you have one).
All of our trips are day trips and do not allow for passengers to return on a different day.
On occasion Great Canadian Casino Express will have coupons in distribution. All coupons have an expiry date and will not be accepted past their expiration date (no exceptions). Coupons cannot be used with any other offer or promotion. Coupons are not valid on overnight stays or trips. One coupon per person per trip ONLY. Coupons must be handed in on the day of the trip for them to be valid. Coupons have no cash value and are not for resale.
If you have made a reservation and are no longer able to travel, please phone us to cancel your seat. When possible, please call at least 24 hours in advance so that we may offer this space to someone on our waiting list. Failure to cancel your reservation by phone will result in the need to pre-pay for future bookings.
All prices, schedule and casino rebates are subject to change. Great Canadian Casino Express has the right to refuse service for those that do not comply with our Terms & Conditions.
Due to allergies (some severe) we ask that our passengers refrain from wearing perfumes & colognes when travelling with Great Canadian Casino Express.
Reservations are required for all trips. We recommend calling the office for your reservations at least 4 to 5 days in advance to avoid disappointment. Payment for your trip is made the day you travel unless you are booking for 10 or more passengers, in which case you would be required to pre-pay by credit card (pre-paid trips are non-refundable and not transferable to other trips). We do not make reservations via email.
