Great Canadian Casino Express Terms & Conditions

 

Great Canadian Casino Express provides round trip, motor coach transportation to Fallsview Casino and Caesars Windsor. Casino Express departures require a minimum number of passengers to operate. Departures are subject to cancellation if these minimums are not met. Anyone booked on a cancelled departure will be advised by the business day prior, and offered a full refund, including any purchase of Protection Plus.

 

RESERVATIONS:

Booking online or through our office now requires full payment to be made at time of booking to secure a place on a tour. This payment is non-refundable.

 

RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL TRIPS.

If the tour is going to the United States, please ensure that the spelling of all names is correct and correspond to the names listed on your passport/government documentation. It is the responsibility of you/passenger to review the invoice and ensure that all names are correct. We accept payment by MasterCard, VISA, American Express (American Express transactions are subject to a 2% surcharge), cheque, E-transfer or if in person, by INTERAC.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES: Once a booking is made, all payments received are non-refundable. Name substitutions are allowed, only on prior arrangement with our Reservations staff.

 

PROTECTION PLUS: This cancellation protection is offered by Great Canadian Holidays and can only be purchased at the time of booking. Great Canadian Holidays strongly recommends taking Protection Plus coverage. It entitles you to a full refund of the price paid for your tour if it is cancelled for any reason up until your tour’s departure time. For this protection to be valid, your cancellation must be received by phone at 1-800-461-8687,  voicemail or sending an email before your departure time. Passengers who do not notify us of their cancellation will be considered a “no-show” and will not be able to claim a refund under Protection Plus. Please note, this is not insurance, and is not meant to replace medical or trip interruption insurance coverage. If taking advantage of our pre-tour hotel stay, passengers are responsible for the cost of the hotel room if Protection Plus is claimed after checking into the hotel.

 

CURRENCY: Many sports venues, hotels and other venues in Canada and the United States are now cashless.  Great Canadian Holidays recommends traveling with a credit card or Visa/Mastercard Debit.

 

SEATING PLANS:

Due to COVID restrictions, seats on the coach are now assigned at time of booking, this is the seat you will remain in for the entire trip. Great Canadian reserves the right to make changes to assigned seating to ensure the safety and comfort of passengers.

 

COVID 19 HEALTH PROTOCOLS: Masking is no longer required.  We do recommend the use of face masks while onboard the coach. Locations visited on our tours may have their own COVID 19 protocols in place, and passengers agree to comply with their conditions in order to participate.

 

While we are taking all precautions to ensure safety, there is an inherent risk to being exposed to COVID 19 whenever we are in settings with other people. By travelling, you are accepting this risk and understand that Great Canadian Holidays and Coaches cannot be responsible for any COVID 19 exposure that you may encounter during your tour, whether onboard the motorcoach or at any of the venues or locations visited.  Great Canadian Holidays is not responsible for any additional costs to you if your trip is interrupted because of COVID.

 

PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PASSENGERS:

Are more than welcome to travel with us, however you MUST have a capable travelling companion to assist you at all times and the office must be notified of any disabilities when reservations are made. Some tours may present difficulties for the physically challenged. It is the responsibility of users of walkers or wheelchairs to have with them an able-bodied assistant to stow the unit on the motor coaches.

 

AGE RESTRICTION: You must be 19 years of age or older to travel to a Canadian Casino and 21 years of age to travel to an American casino. Passengers travelling to Casino Rama between the ages of 19 and 21 must have a secondary piece of Name Identification such as a Credit Card, Health Card or Debit Card.

 

REQUIRED TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION:

 

USA CASINO IDENTIFICATION

A passport is required to enter the United States. PLEASE NOTE: We are not responsible for individuals denied entry into Canada or international destinations by border officials and are not responsible for providing transportation back home.

 

CANADIAN CASINO IDENTIFICATION

For Canadian Casinos, you must present valid Government Issued Photo Identification to board the coach (expired identification is not accepted). Failure to have the proper identification will result in not being permitted to board the coach. In addition to the photo identification, you need to also show proof of full vaccination for entrance to Canadian Casinos.

 

For all casino trips, you must have or obtain a player's card for the casino you are attending. You can obtain a player's card with a valid government photo identification. A valid casino player's card must be used while at the casino to remain eligible for casino rebates. Casino incentives/rebates can only be redeemed with a valid players card.

 

Due to allergies (some severe) we ask that our passengers refrain from wearing perfumes & colognes when travelling with Great Canadian Casino Express.

 

All prices, schedule and casino rebates are subject to change. Great Canadian Casino Express has the right to refuse service for those that do not comply with our Terms & Conditions.

 

PUBLICATION & WEBSITE ERRORS: Although great care is taken in the production of our website and catalogue, typographical, illustrative or pricing errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors.

 

PRIVACY POLICY: At Great Canadian, your privacy is important to us. Personal information that we request from you is used by us to organize your travel plans with our tour suppliers. Some examples of how we share this information would be providing your age to the travel insurance company, your phone number to the cruise and air lines, and your address for casinos to produce your player’s card. We do not sell, nor do we give away your postal or email address to anyone for any other purpose. By travelling on one of our tours, or upon requesting information from us in the mail, you are authorizing us to send periodic information to you on upcoming tours or promotions by mail. If you prefer not to receive periodic information from us on our upcoming tours, please contact us.

 

RESPONSIBILITY: GREAT CANADIAN HOLIDAYS, Kitchener, acts solely as organizer of the tours as outlined and is responsible for making all the reservations and charting the routes as outlined but it is expressly understood and agreed between the tour organizer and the passengers that GREAT CANADIAN HOLIDAYS or its agents shall not be held responsible for:

 

  1. Non-performance on the part of any restaurant, theatre or other service for any act or omission that cannot be directly attributed to the neglect of the tour organizer.

  2. Any delays, misconnections, loss, damage or injury to persons or property or for any substitution of carriage equipment beyond the control of the tour operator, or for any additional expense occasioned thereby.

  3. Any inconvenience, loss of employment, upset, disappointment, distress or frustration whether physical or mental, however caused, except where caused directly by the tour operator.

  4. Any additional costs incurred or any ancillary loss sustained as a result of cancellations or delays of tours caused by inclement weather conditions, acts of God, or any other event, which results in one or more persons being unable to continue or fault of the tour organizer. The tour organizer reserves the right to make any changes before or during the tour for the comfort and enjoyment of the passengers and it is agreed and understood that any increase in costs occasioned by the change shall be charged to the passengers. Prices quoted are based on costs and currency exchange as at the time of printing and are subject to change without notice. The passengers expressly agree to pay the tour organizer such additional sums as may result from any such increase in costs and currency exchange rate. All tour itineraries are subject to change or cancellation without prior notice.

 

GREAT CANADIAN HOLIDAYS shall have no responsibility beyond their refund of all monies paid by the passenger which is deemed to constitute full settlement. The tour organizer reserves the right to decline any person, as a member of the tour at any time before or during the tour, should such person's presence be considered detrimental to the interest, comfort and enjoyment of the other tour members. GREAT CANADIAN HOLIDAYS, its agents and all passengers agree that the conditions set out herein are part of the terms between the passengers and the tour organizer. Acceptance of the ticket for the tour or any payment given to the tour organizer will represent an acceptance by the aforementioned conditions.
