A Message to Our Great Canadian Clients

Hello Everyone;

 

These are challenging times. Who could have predicted such a sudden and dramatic global crisis? We are communicating with you to give you an update on what is happening with the Great Canadian group of companies as we all navigate these choppy waters.

 

First of all, everyone is safe and sound. We took extra measures to speed up the return of our tours that were in Arizona, Florida and Texas when it appeared necessary for Canadians to return home. Our staff handled the situation extremely well and we thank them, and our travellers for their patience and understanding.

 

Our suppliers have taken drastic measures. Literally all theatres, attractions, museums and events are closed or cancelled. Everyone is being asked to stay at home and avoid personal contact for the next couple of weeks. We have asked 95% of our staff to stay home until further notice. Only a few key people remain in the office to deal with trip cancellations and bookings.

 

After things subside in a few weeks, we will recall our staff and resume our normal operations when it is safe to do so.

 

We know that the cancellation of tours you were looking forward to has been difficult and disappointing. We look forward to welcoming you aboard again very soon.

 

We want to assure you that all of our operations at Great Canadian are financially sound, and when we resume full speed, it will be in a healthy situation.

 

We are grateful to our wonderful, committed staff and to you, our loyal clients for your patience and understanding through this unprecedented situation.

 

We look forward to fun and healthy times in the near future.
