A Message to Our Great Canadian Clients

 

Hello Everyone;

 

These are challenging times. Who could have predicted such a sudden and dramatic global crisis? We are communicating with you to give you an update on what is happening with the Great Canadian group of companies as we all navigate these choppy waters.

 

As you know, the border has been closed between Canada and the United States, and most theatres, attractions, museums and events are closed or cancelled. We are cancelling tours when it is evident that travel will simply not be possible, and unlike some airlines and travel companies, we are issuing full refunds, and not travel credits. 

 

We know that the cancellation of tours you were looking forward to has been difficult and disappointing. We share those feelings. However, this is a global event with global ramifications, and we are committed to the safety of our staff and clients. Therefore, our office is closed, with staff working remotely, and will re-open when it is reasonable to do so.

 

We want to assure you that all of our operations at Great Canadian are financially sound, and when we resume operations in a ‘new normal’, it will be in a healthy situation.

 

We are grateful to our wonderful, committed staff and to you, our loyal clients for your patience and understanding through this unprecedented situation.

COVID-19 Update

Tours cancelled up to July 31

 

Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, we will be cancelling all tours until July 31. We are currently processing a high number of cancellations. Therefore it will take us some time to issue refunds. We appreciate your patience.

  

Out of concern over the safety of our employees and clients, we have closed our tour office at 353 Manitou Drive. For emergencies, we can be reached by email at info@greatcanadianholidays.com. We will re-open the office for staff and clients when it is safe to do so.

 

Worried about getting your refund?

 

Please don’t be. Although a number of airline and travel companies have decided to give travel credits rather than actual refunds, we are not among them. We are fully committed to refunding everyone the full cost of the tour. We are issuing these refunds just as quickly as we can, but it is a slow process. We thank you for your patience.
