Day One

Convenient shuttles bring us together at Pearson International Airport in Toronto, where we fly overnight to London.

Day Two

We arrive in London this morning and meet our local guide. A panoramic sightseeing tour of London’s main sights begins our day. We tour the Tower of London and enjoy a lunch cruise on the storied River Thames. We check into the hotel this afternoon and have some free time before our included dinner this evening.

Day Three

Some London highlights await us this morning, including the changing of the guard at Buckingham Palace and admission to iconic Westminster Abbey. The rest of the day is free for you to explore on your own.

Day Four

We journey southwest today and visit wondrous Stonehenge. We then stop in the cathedral city of Salisbury, where we tour the spectacular cathedral. As we then make our way to Bath, we stop enroute at the fascinating Wadworth Brewery Visitor Centre, famous for its shire horses and pub sign writers. We check into our Bath hotel for a two-night stay. Dinner is included this evening.

Day Five

Our guide shows us the city of Bath, including the Roman Baths and Pump Room. You may choose how to spend the rest of your day, and may wish to visit the Jane Austen Centre, the Assembly Rooms, Fashion Museum, or even relax in Bath Thermae Spa or try a Sally Lunn Bun.

Day Six

We depart Bath and pause to stroll in the village of Castle Comb and then into the Cotswolds area of outstanding natural beauty. We visit Bourton on the water and Stow on the Wold and Chipping Camden, the most attractive and quintessential English countryside sights. We spend the next two nights in Stratford Upon Avon.

Day Seven

We spend the day touring this picturesque town. Best known as the home of William Shakespeare, we visit his birthplace this morning, as well as Anne Hathaway’s nearby cottage. The afternoon and evening are free for you to explore at your own pace.

Day Eight

We travel to Oxfordshire for admission to Blenheim Palace, the famous birthplace of Winston Churchill and the family home of the Duke of Marlborough. A guided walking tour of Oxford, home to Lewis Carroll and more, shows us the Christ Church Cathedral, recognizable from the Harry Potter films. Admission is included to Windsor Castle with state apartments (when available) and St. George’s Chapel. Dinner is included this evening, and we spend the night in the Windsor area.

Day Nine

After breakfast, we make our way to the airport for our flight home. We arrive in Toronto, greeted by our shuttles that will return us home in comfort.
