Myrtle Beach

Day One

We cross the border after stopping at the duty free store. We spend of our first night in Beckley, West Virginia.

Day Two

By late afternoon we approach the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean and our home for the next seven nights in Myrtle Beach. Right on the ocean, the Avista Resort offers quite the relaxing stay. Enjoy the many sparkling pools and miles of beautiful shoreline! All rooms come fully equipped with a kitchen including a full-size fridge, stove, and microwave so you can maximize your stay. The location is ideal; take advantage the close proximity to fabulous dining, nightlife, entertainment features and more!

Days Three to Eight

Unpack and relax as we enjoy six days of sun, fun, entertainment, and sightseeing. Myrtle Beach has the cleanest beaches in the United States, and the Gulf Stream keeps the air temperature lovely and warm. Breakfast is included each morning and two dinners are included during our stay. Just some of the activities we have planned include:

Legends in Concert

Legends in Concert Tribute Show: Experience the ultimate evening of entertainment! Broadway at the Beach presents a fantastic live show, with uncanny tributes to your favourite artists.

Shopping

Myrtle Beach is a shopper's paradise, with outlet complexes, Barefoot Landing, and impressive malls. You'll find whatever you're looking for and a whole lot more!

Golf

Bring your clubs if you're a golfer, and we'll help you arrange tee times at your choice of the many fabulous courses in Myrtle Beach. (Please advise us by your final payment date if you are going to bring golf clubs along).

Miniature Golf

Even if you've never held a club in your hand, you'll really enjoy this tournament. It's easy to play and lots of fun, especially on our favourite mini-golf course in Myrtle Beach. It's nothing like you've seen at home.

Historic Charleston

A guided tour of this gorgeous city shows us the cobblestone streets, historic buildings and homes dating back to the 1700s. It's easy to imagine the history of the area because in Charleston, it's as it time has stood still.

Brookgreen Gardens

One of the top ten gardens in the US, Brookgreen Gardens is home to over 9,000 acres of spectacular gardens and breathtaking sculptures.

Dine-around Dinners

This is a fun way to go out for dinner, and try some of the many wonderful restaurants in Myrtle Beach. We simply plan a circle route, dop you off at the restaurant of your choice, and pick you up later. This offers lots of individual choice and plenty of fun.

Day Nine

After a hearty breakfast, we bid farewell to Myrtle Beach and return to Beckley, West Virginia for the night.

Day Ten

Today we take in the beautiful mountainous scenery as we travel through Pennsylvania, enjoying the fun onboard the coach. We arrive home by early evening.
